Interview supports new and complete restatements of pre-existing revocable trust agreements, pour-over Wills and 18 other ancillary documents in total per session. More than 200 permutations of the "trustee succession".

"Client-Centricity" puts your focus on your clients It guides your gathering necessary information by asking (requiring) normal questions.

"Continuous Orientation" lays helpful footnotes on various pages along the way to remind the User what earlier answers have been given.

Interview presents the User with the various normal and necessary true/false questions, multiple choice questions and text fields.

Interview presents these questions one at a time along an easy sequence of well-marked "Milestones." Required questions are shown with a red font.

Interview proceeds to the "Finish Line" in a natural logical fashion and gathers your answers into a downloadable "Answer File". At "Finish Line" Interview Session ends and the Assembly Session begins.

HotDocs ® finishes the Assembly Session; you download your Answer File and your Document Set. With proper word processing application installed on your device you can edit and print documents.

Answers can be changed by "erasing" all incorrect answers to a "point of beginning" then proceed to enter correct answers. Documents assembled can be easily edited for use for same-sex couples with children provided the User simply edits the labels for "spouse" or "partner" or "life partner" etc. and pronouns in accordance with the User's clients' preferences. After downloading the first document set, the User can return to the interview and "flip" it with a single click to create the spouse's answers. EXCLUSIONS. Redfield 1st Edition 2021 interview is not designed or intended for use for any couple who have ZERO children and expect none. It does not support restatements of "joint" trust agreements (those having two "Trustors" a/k/a "Settlors"). Interview does not support trustee succession paths with the attorney or a corporate trustee as initial trustee, co-trustee or successor trustee or any cases of a simultaneous trio of trustees.
